France defeated Bosnia-Herzegovina 2-1 thanks to goals from Gallas abd Faubert. Franck Ribéry started the match and was replaced in the 69th minute.
Senegal, featuring Mamadou Niang, Habib Beye and Mame N’Diaye defeated the Côte d'Ivoire 1-0 in Tours thanks to a goal from Niang.
On Wednesday, coach Albert Emon revealed that all OM's internationals would be back at the Commanderie on Thursday morning with the exception of Franck Ribéry who would return in the afternoon due to his flight schedule.
