As was planned for the end of the week at Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Mamadou Niang and Stéphane Mbia did not appear on the team sheet for the match against Catania. Rested after the heavy training sessions in the Basque Country, the two players did however go for a run with Christophe Manouvrier before the game against the Sicilians. For information, the Senegalese forward, just like Brandao, is suspended for the Champions Trophy match on Wednesday.
