The Marseille players went through a second session on Thursday afternoon in Saillon, where they will be staying until Wednesday 5 July for training purposes.

With the morning on Thursday having been entirely dedicated to physical fitness, it was the turn of the ball to be the focus of things in the afternoon. Possession, movement, finishing. Rudi Garcia's men kept up a sustained pace as they worked on the fundamentals. The session came to a close with another run of around 20 minutes followed by an ice bath. Freshly emerged from the cold, the Olympiens were able to get themselves warmed back up again with the excitement and enthusiasm of the supporters present around the stadium, who got opportunities to get the players to sign autographs and have selfies taken with them.
