France WNT: Asseyi selected for the SheBelieves Cup

The France women's national team defend their title in the SheBelieves Cup in the United States on March 1-7.

The OM striker Viviane Asseyi has been called up to the France squad by national team coach Corinne Diacre. 'Les Bleus' play in the SheBelieves Cup in the United States from March 1-7.

The team gather on Sunday 25 February before travelling stateside the next day.

In the tournament, the French team - currently the defending champions - have a busy programme.

- Thursday 1 March: France – England
Mapfre Stadium, Columbus (Ohio, 22:00 CET)
- Sunday 4 March: France – United States
Red Bull Arena, Harrison (New Jersey, 18:00 CET)
- Wednesday 7 March: France – Germany
Orlando City Stadium (Orlando, 22:00 CET)

The Olympians did something that seemed unattainable this afternoon by beating PSG 2-0, during the 16th day of the feminine D1 championship. Dominated throughout the whole game, they put their whole heart, legs and above all, their head, into the game.
