Three Olympiens named to the UEFA Team of the Week

UEFA released the semi-finals Team of the Week following OM's Europa League qualification for final, naming three Olympiens in the honorary formation:

- Dimitri Payet, for his involvement throughout match. He provided the assist on the Rolando’s goal. He did almost everything in the second half and extra time to remain in top form. With an assist, 6 opportunities created and 6 crosses attempted against FC Salzburg, Payet outpaced Aaron Ramsey (Arsenal) and Antoine Griezmann (Atlético Madrid).

- Rolando, for his thunderous substitution in the second half and winning Ronaldo in extra time,allowing OM to qualify for the final.

- Jordan Amavi for the top quality of his match. With eight balls recovered, seven tackles won, five aerial duels won and his overall defensive presence.
