Lionel Rouxel, coach of U19 French side, has decided to call-up Alexandre Phliponeau for the 2019 UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Armernia later this month. Phliponeau is currently in pre-season camp with OM in England.

From the14-27 of July, the French U19 team will be in Armenia to play the final phase of the Euro U19.

In Group B, Les Bleus will face the Czech Republic (Monday, 15 July at 19h00), the Republic of Ireland (Thursday, 18 July 18 at 19h00) and Norway (Sunday, 21 July 21 at 19h00). These three matches will be played in Yerevan.
